Professional Grade Cuticle Pusher
Acrylic and Dip Removal Easy No Mess Soak-Off clips
100/180 Grit Hand File
and #6 Double Dip Cuticle Nourishing oil
Let's start with the 1st method, Soak Off clips Method
Note: She is doing this method on her short nails but if you do have long nails, just grab your nail clipper and trim down your nails for a much faster removal.
Take your hand file and file off all the topcoat on your nails. Make sure you get it all off.
- this will save you a lot of time in soaking your nails with the nail clips.
Take the cotton round, cut it out into smaller pieces, and pour some acetone into the cotton pieces. You can use cotton balls instead but the lint can get messy and stick to your nails.
Next, place the soaked cotton pieces on all of your nails and clip the Soak-Off clips to hold it in place on your fingertips. Do this for the rest of your nails.
IMPORTANT TIP: In doing this step, please make sure to fully saturate the cotton pad or it will not remove your dip powder.
Sit and wait for 10 mins.
You can listen to your favorite song or watch your favorite YouTuber while waiting :)
After 10 mins, remove the clips and cotton pad and, taking the Professional Grade Cuticle Pusher, gently scrape off the dip powder.
- If you are having trouble scraping-off the dip powder, it means you need to saturate your cotton with more acetone or maybe the dip powder didn’t sit long enough.
Repeat step 2, if you haven't removed or scraped off all your dip powder.
Once you've scraped off as much dip powder or acrylic as you can, take your hand file and buff the surface of your nails. You can also use a buffing block for this step.
After removing all the Dip Powders on your nails, you can apply a gel top coat to all of your nails for a nice shine at the end.
Final and important step: Grab the #6 Double Dip Cuticle Nourishing oil and apply it into your cuticles and make sure to rehydrate them. This cuticle oil smells so good and really does the job! You can treat your nails with a quick massage too!
We’re done with the 1st method!
For the 2nd method of Dip powder or Acrylic removal, she uses the Soak-off Bowl.
For this method, if you have long dip powder or acrylic false nail tips, trim them using your nail clipper.
For false nail tips, if you want to keep the length of your natural nails, you can remove all the extra fake tips by looking at the back of your nail. Find your nail's natural growth and then cut your nail right above it.
Cutting down the extra nail link does reduce the time that you have to spend removing your dip powder or acrylic nails.
After the false tips are cut down, take your hand file and file off the shiny topcoat from all of your nails.
- this will save you time in soaking your nails
On the bottom container of the Soak-off bowl, fill this with hot water. Hot water heats up your acetone and removes your Dip powder or Acrylic nails a lot faster!
After filling up the bottom container with hot water, clip it back and pour some acetone.
Once the acetone is properly poured in the container, dip your hand into the acetone and then soak your nails for about 10 mins.
After the time is up, remove your nails from the container. Take the Professional Grade Cuticle Pusher, and then gently scrape off the dip powder.
Repeat steps 3 & 4 until there's no more dip powder left on your nails.
Repeating these steps depends on how thick your acrylic or dip powder nails are or how much you file off before soaking your nails.
After removing all your dip or Acrylic powder, take your buffing block and gently buff the surface of your natural nails.
Apply Professional Gel Top Coat Non-Wipe to your entire nails.
Grab the #6 Double Dip Cuticle Nourishing oil and apply it into your cuticles and make sure to rehydrate them.
And we’re done! And that’s how you easily removed your dip powder or your acrylic nails using these two time-saving methods! Indeed a game changer!
