Can I add an item to my recent order?
Yes, of course! If you wish to add an item or edit your order, email us immediately email@example.com so that we can adjust your order. If the order has been fulfilled we can no longer add it to your order. But no worries, we can send you an invoice through email, if you wish to order products from us.
When will my order ship?
First-Class Shipping takes 3-5 business days with USPS. The maximum time a package may take to get to you is about 14 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 days!
Please note that Double Dip is not liable for undelivered shipments due to inaccurate addresses inputted at the time of order. Please make sure to double-check all your shipping information before submitting an order.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re sorry, but as of the moment we do not offer international shipping.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping is managed by USPS or UPS flat rates, whichever is most cost-friendly when sending to your area.

I’m having a problem with my tracking number and information. What should I do?
We’re terribly sorry about that! Once you get your tracking confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to renew your tracking status.

How do I achieve shiny nails?
Dip Top Coat application
1. File and buff the nail
2. You need an additional layer of activator after filing and buffing
3. Make sure to remove ALL the excess activator using a lint-free wipe before the application. Allow the activator to dry!
4. Apply Top Coat in very thin layers, twice.
The above four easy steps will allow you to get the best possible super shiny finish with your dip top coat and make sure it dries properly.

How Long Do Dipped Nails Last?

My Dip Base #2 & Dip Top #4 are sealed shut. What happened?
Step 2 Base Coat and Step 4 Top Coat are strong adhesives. To prevent your bottle from getting glued shut or getting unnecessary dried top coat residue on the neck of your bottle, please make sure to keep up with cleaning it daily. When taking your brush out of the bottle, please try to not get any excess liquid outside of the neck of the bottle. You want to keep everything contained so that it does not spread and result in a sticky bottleneck. Please take a cotton pad or q-tip and soak it in acetone to clean the neck of the bottle after you are done using it. Moreover, please also clean the inside of the bottle cap. These steps are essential in securing that your bottles can freely open the next time you’re trying to do a new manicure. In addition, the closed bottle should be soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes then use pliers to help grip and twist off the lid. If you are still unable to open your bottles, please DO NOT try to force them open as the bottles are glass and could break.
You can also try the rubber band trick - a real rubber band and not a hair tie! Twist the rubber band around the lid as many times as it will go until taut, then twist. It helps grab and give friction where it's needed.

Do your products have an expiry date? What is the shelf life?
Double Dip Powders can last up to 2 years. Essential Liquids can last up to 10 months to a year and Gel Polish can last for about 12-36 months after being opened.
Always make sure to wipe the neck of bottles clean after each use. DO NOT store in a damp room as they are temperature sensitive. Always store them in a cool and dry area, away from direct sunlight. If products are kept in temperatures exceeding 85°F they will have shortened shelf-lives, and storing them in areas exceeding 100°F can cause them to thicken and harden quickly in the container.
A friendly reminder that all artificial nail enhancement products have expiration dates, but how long these products will last usually depends on their storage circumstances. Discoloration, cracking and lifting of the artificial nail can all be a proof that a product’s shelf-life may have been passed.

We’re sorry to hear that! For the most part, we are proud to say that we are free of the 10 most common toxic ingredients found in dipping powder. We are PETA-approved to be cruelty-free and vegan, we do our best to provide high-quality items.

Can I combine multiple discount codes with an order?
We’re sorry but our discount codes cannot be stacked! Although you are welcome to use a gift card code and a discount code at the same time.
Can I apply my discount code after I've already placed an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a discount code once an order has already been placed.

Why is there no powder with my kit?
Looks like you ordered our liquid kit. This kit is for those who already have powders and just need the liquids.
Why are there no liquids in my kit?
Seems you might have ordered one of our kits that just includes our powders. Unlike our starter kits that include everything you need to do your nails, we also sell collection kits that just include the powders.
Why are my nails chipping and lifting?
DoubleDip is a dip powder application therefore the prep is going to determine the longevity of the Double Dip manicure. The nails need to be gently filed with a 180 grit file prior to starting the Dip application. If there is any shine or oils on the natural nail this can cause the product to lift or chip. Use our DoubleDip Bonder, PH bond, or alcohol swab to remove surface oil. Another tip is to make sure the DoubleDip Base coat application is even and not too thick.
My brushes have hardened. How do I prevent this from happening?
Brush cleaner is a life-saver! You will need to soak brushes in the Brush Restorer for 5-10 minutes at the end of each treatment to make sure brushes are clean and no product residue is left. The base coat is glue and it will harden if left on the brush. You can also use alcohol to further cleanse brushes if needed.
Why is my Mystery Box missing in my order?
Please don't worry! We understand dates can be a bit confusing. For example, if your order was placed on September 7, 2021, you would get the October mystery box and will be shipped out sometime in the first or second week of October. We’re hoping for your patience and understanding! 🥰

What is marbling?
Marbling is the dissociation of pigments on the nail leading to unwanted and uneven color.
What can I do to prevent marbling?
Don't worry, there's a solution to this pesky problem, make sure to always stir up your powder or shake before using. Prepping your nails is also vital to prevent marbling. A bumpy and uneven base will disrupt how even the powder applies. If this does not help, feel free to add some 000-clear base powder to your dip. This will help disperse the particles evenly throughout the powder without changing the shade because it is clear.
Help! I've accidentally gotten it on my skin/cuticle area. How do I resolve this?
No worries, we got you. Simply take some acetone and remove the excess glue and powder off. Also as soon as you dip your finger in then remove the powder, if you notice powder spilling onto your skin/cuticle after you brushed off excess powder, grab your cuticle stick, and clean those cuticle edges before adding any activator.
What can I do to prevent getting it on my skin/cuticle area?
Make sure you apply nice thin layers of base coat to avoid flooding your cuticles or getting base on your skin.
