SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
- Once subscribed, you can pause or cancel within your account at any time.
- Autopay will charge on the 5th of each month (don't forget this charge is one month ahead for the following month's box).
- Your boxes will ship between the middle and end of the following month that you purchased your box.
- If you missed a month to enroll, you will not be able to get that box. However, we will open up a limited amount of spaces each month for new subscribers.
- Any extra items added to your cart will ship when your mystery box ships. The only time you can add extra items is on your initial purchase to sign up.
- See images for previous mystery boxes. We will add more as we slowly get caught up on the photos.
By signing up for your monthly mystery box subscription, you will receive exclusive items and colors.
You can pause or cancel at any time. However, if you forget to cancel before your autopay deducts, and a box is charged to your account, you are committed to that box and can not return or exchange it, so it is important if you do not want an upcoming box, to pause or cancel BEFORE you are charged. Automatic Charges start on the 5th of every month. Tip: set a calendar reminder.
Boxes are not refundable/exchangeable/ returnable.
