How do I check my Diamonds balance?
login to your DoubleDip account and click the bottom left of your screen there will be a button that reads “Rewards” there you can view your current Diamond balance and everything else to do with our royalty program.
How long will it take for my Dip Points to add to my account?
Almost immediately! However, on very rare occasions, please allow up to 24 hours for your Diamonds to display on your account.
Do my Diamonds ever expire?
Nope!! Never these Diamonds can shine forever.

The Royalty program terms of offer are subject to change at any time. To prevent fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify this offer, or remove any members from the program. Discount codes earned through The Royalty Program cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Who can I share my referral link with?
Feel free to share your referral link with friends and family! However, please refrain from posting your referral link on DoubleDip Ads, posts, groups, social media pages, official site, or any other public forums. Breach of this policy will result in permanent removal from our rewards & referral program.
Do purchases made prior to joining The Royalty program count towards my Diamond earrings?
Unfortunately not – you’ll only be eligible to receive points on purchases made after becoming a member. But we’ll give you 100 Diamonds just for signing up!
How to redeem rewards
To turn diamonds into a reward, you will need to log into your account, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem:
