Shipping & Return Policy


After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 5-10 days

Please allow 2-4 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. For international orders please allow 8-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Double Dip is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and we will do our best to have it shipped out same day or no later than Wednesday. Please allow 1-3 business days for all online shipping.

Please Note: These transit times come in to effect after your order has been processed and shipped. Due to COVID-19 processing and shipping time will be longer than usual.

Free Shipping 5-9 business days only available for domestic orders over $80 USD.
Preferred Shipping 4-8 Business days

Expedited Shipping 4-7 business days
International Shipping:

10-17 business days
Depending on the destination and customs restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes
and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their
respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes
are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders
will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees.

Product returns are subject to the terms & conditions for wholesale buyer accounts and the sales invoice (found at the bottom of each invoice), and must receive prior approval.

Credit will not be given for products:

(1) sold more than 30 days prior;

(2) mixed or blended, including with other DoubleDip products;

(3) contaminated with extraneous matter;

(4) repackaged or removed from original container;

(5) returned without prior approval and/or a return authorization number issued by Allure Beauty Design;

(6) determined by Allure Beauty Design to be compliant with the order and/or wholesale buyer specification; or

(7) manufactured exclusively for a single customer or wholesale buyer. All claims for shortages or damaged / non-conforming product will be barred unless made in writing to Allure Beauty Design within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Allure Beauty Design, in its sole discretion, may authorize return or replacement as the only available remedy to buyer for such short, damaged, and/or non-conforming product. Processed orders cannot be canceled.

(8) Allure Beauty Design, in its sole discretion, may charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products.
